Welcome to Our Wonder Mates

Wonder Mates is a specialised transition and capacity-building program designed to support young people with profound disabilities as they move from school into adulthood.

The program focuses on developing independence, daily living skills, communication, social participation, community access, emotional well-being, and meaningful relationships through real-life experiences in a safe, supportive, and highly individualised environment.

Participants are supported to build confidence, make choices, strengthen life skills, and become active members of their community while progressing towards their NDIS goals at their own pace.

Being

Building confidence in having their voice heard.

Belonging

Supporting participants to experience belonging and meaningful relationships within their community.

Becoming

Encouraging participants to make choices, express preferences, and increases self-determination.
