🌈 How to Book Your Child’s Experience at Wonder Kidz 💛
1. Create Your Profile
Start by creating your family profile and completing the required consent forms to ensure your child’s safety and well-being at the Wonder Hub.
2 . NDIS Families
If you’re using NDIS funding, please complete our Wonder Kidz Service Agreement prior to your first session.
This helps us align supports with your child’s goals and funding.
3 . Health and support information
To provide the best care, we ask all families to complete a Comprehensive Care Plan Form so our Wonder Team can tailor support to your child’s needs
4 . Choose Your Experience
Select your preferred service and session.
If you don’t see what you’re looking for, please reach out.

5 . Booking Confirmation
You’ll receive a confirmation email once your booking is complete.
If you don’t receive it within 24 hours, please contact us so we can assist.
6 . Payment & Invoicing (NDIS & Private)
- Self-Managed / Self-Funded: Payment can be made on the day or via invoice.
- Plan Managed / NDIA Managed: Invoices will be sent directly to your plan manager or NDIA once a Service Agreement is in place
- If no Service Agreement is completed, sessions will be invoiced as private/self-funded.
💛 Important to Know
- Bookings are essential to ensure every child receives the safe, supported, and structured experience they deserve
- 48-hour cancellation policy applies in line with NDIS guidelines (late cancellations may incur full fees)
- Online bookings close 24 hours prior to session start times
- Need a last-minute spot? Give us a call, we’ll always do our best to accommodate your child 🤍
