You have the right to:

(a) respect for their human worth and dignity.

(b) freedom of expression, self-determination and decision-making.

(c) realise their potential for physical, social, emotional and intellectual development.

(d) full participation in society equal to other people, according to their individual and cultural needs and preferences.

(e) autonomy, including their right to intimacy and sexual expression.

(f) information and support to understand and exercise their legal and human rights.

(g) privacy of their personal information and sensitive information.

(h) raise concerns and be supported in formalising complaints.

● inform Wonder Kidz about how you would like support to be delivered to meet your individual needs

● treat Wonder Kidz management and staff with courtesy and respect.

● Email Wonder Kidz management if you have any concerns about the support being provided

● give Wonder Kidz a minimum of 24 hours notice if you need to cancel a scheduled support shift, and if the minimum notice is not provided, 

● give Wonder Kidz the required notice if you need to end the Service Agreement via email. 

● You are to provide a safe working environment for any Wonder Kidz personnel entering your home (support staff, management, etc.)

Wonder Kidz will only collect relevant information required to deliver an effective service. This may include contact details, personal details (such as health, disability, medication, etc.), and any other relevant information necessary to perform the service you have engaged with us to provide. We will collect and disclose information about you, with your consent and for the following types of reasons: 

● To provide the service that you require 

● Monitor the service that we provide to you 

● Improve our quality of service 

● respond to an inquiry or request with consent) 

● Disclose statistical information about our service to DHHS and NDIS if required 

● Share information about you with other service providers (with consent from you and/or nominee) 

● Information will be secure using modern techniques and processes that meet current industry standards to ensure your personal information is kept secure and confidential.
